Q: Do I have to be a fast runner to join?
A: The main requirements are that you are willing to learn and are committed to getting results. This comes down to attitude and whether you are a 2-hour marathoner or complete beginner is irrelevant.  We have worked with both and everything inbetween

Q: I’m rubbish with technology, will you help me?
A: Yes – full video instructions on exactly how to access the sessions will be provided once you join.

 Q: My kids or dogs get in the way, is this a problem?
A: We are not looking for Oscar winning camera skills. As long as you can see and follow what is happening, we get that from time to time a stray child or dog may wonder across the screen.

Q: I’ve never been injured, do I actually need this?
A: No-one plans their first injury and chances are it will happen at some point if you continue without taking an action. Why risk it? The stronger and more robust you can become, the lower the chances of this first injury happening.

Q: My next big race isn’t for ages, should I wait before joining?

Q: What if I don't enjoy the Move Better Run Better?

Firstly, I would suggest reaching out to us for help if you are struggling. Chances are someone will have been in the same boat as you before and we’ll be able to help you find a solution. Q: Can I change from a monthly membership to quarterly or vice versa?
A: Yes you can, simply contact us at anytime and we will be able to make this switch for you

Q: Why is there a minimum 3-month sign up period?
A: Like we said above, we do not offer a ‘quick-fix’ solution. From experience, we have found that 3-months tends to be the sweet spot when people really start to get the compounded benefits of the work they’ve put in. Just doing the sessions for a month or on ad-hoc would not allow for the consistency needed for this to happen.

 Q: What if I cant make a session?
A: There are various opportunities to attend a session each week, but if you cant then it will be possible to catch up by going through the recorded version of that weeks session

Q: How do the sessions work online?
A: Put simply, all you need is an internet connection and some space to move. Small group sessions will be coached live via Zoom, where you will receive coaching and on the spot feedback on technique and form.

Q: Do I need loads of equipment?
A: Ideally, you will have the basics such as a mat and resistance bands. However, these are not essential and if you are willing to be inventive, substitute props can usually be found around the house

 Q: When are the live sessions?
A: The live sessions are currently on Monday and Wednesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm, and Friday morning at 7.00am.

Q: Can my partner join in the sessions?
A: To provide quality feedback and coaching, we limit each membership to 1 per person and this is non-transferable. However, if you are both keen and would like to participate together, then this can be done as 2 separate memberships.

Q: Do I receive anything in the mail when I join?
A: You will receive an initial email with ‘what to do next’ instructions contained and how to get booked in for your first session

Q: What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?
A: Of course, we would love you to stay forever, but we get that won’t be the case! Life gets in the way, things, happen, goals change etc. All we simply ask is that you give us 14-days email notice before your next billing date that you wish to cancel (after completing your initial 3-month period)
